Cancellation Policy
🚨🚨🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️
- [ ] you will pay for most of your service at the time of booking
- [ ] Cancellation must be at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the entire service
- [ ] if appointment is cancelled 48 prior to service you will be refunded all but $25
- [ ] 5minutes late to appointment $10 late fee
- [ ] 10 minutes late APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED‼️
- [ ] If you book the wrong slot and don’t fix it in 48 hours and need to make changes there will be a $15 fee +the service price
- [ ] Your deposit is transferable only once
- [ ] You have up to 48 before your scheduled appointment to transfer your deposit. Any transfer after 48 will be an additional $15.
- [ ] No call no show you will be charged for the full service
- [ ] After 2nd no call no show you will be on the no booking list
- [ ] Please arrive with a clean face(makeup free, weave glue free, and lash glue free) $5 cleaning fee. also please come with brows already shaped. There will be a $5 brow fee if not.
